There is a Facebook Password Reset email "in the wild" (being spread across the internet) you should watch out for. It's a bit of Malware that will infect your Windows computer and is not caught by most Antivirus software.

Delete the email without opening it and definitely don't click the link.

Facebook will never reset your password and then email you about it. Nor will Paypal, eBay, Twitter, MySpace, your bank or virtually any online organization. The hackers and malware authors count on the fact that you'll be scared about getting locked out of your account. They link to a webpage that looks official, but only gathers your name and account details for them to use. Or it installs some spyware/malware like this one.

Be smart. Be vigilant. Don't let them get you.

Thanks for the "heads up" Karl. The last one got me. I had to take my computer to Palace to get it repaired. They were so busy it took me three weeks to get my computer back!!

I have got some mails regarding the password resets too but as you said, I didn't let them to get you. Definitely Facebook will not email you for the password reset nor do the e-bay , paypal e.t.c. Anyways thank you for posting this . May be other members will get help through this message.
