Geier: Arts beneficial to the community

In this week’s edition of Talk of the Town, we chat with Carole Geier, a friend and former board member of the Southwest Arts and Humanities Council, about public art in Garden City.

Geier explains the council’s recent efforts to promote the art Garden City has to offer, especially through a brochure showcasing art around town available for public viewing.

She also details other work by the Southwest Arts and Humanities Council, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
