I am certain that immigration enforcement is subject to the same kind of unspoken "quota system" that all law enforcement denies exists. And the resulting quagmire in the court system creates chaos. However, I reiterate as I have so many times before...if I had falsified my income on a loan application and subsequently been found out....I would be doing some large time somewhere myself, regardless of whose bad advice I listened to. Wrong is wrong, even if someone tells you to do it. There will always be those who will prey on the gullible. Theirs is a dark circle in Hell. But it does not exonerate the foolish.
