Marcy: Garden City largely spared from economic meltdown

In the first Talk of the Town podcast, we talk with Garden City Community College economics instructor Chip Marcy about a subject that’s been on everyone’s mind lately — the economy.

Marcy gives us an idea of how bad loans and subprime mortgages got us to the point where government money is going toward bailouts and stimulus packages.
